Refund Policy for Montessori Nature

As a digital marketplace, we want to remind you that it’s generally not possible to return digital items. Therefore, we usually do not issue refunds. However, we understand that situations may arise, and we aim to support our customers as best as we can.

If you happen to have made a duplicate purchase—such as buying a bundle that includes individual printables you have already purchased, or if you’ve purchased printables included with your membership—please reach out to us! We’d be happy to review your situation and issue a refund on an individual basis if applicable.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

When customers in the US make a purchase on our website and pay in USD, their bank typically processes the payment in US dollars. However, since our business is based in Australia, banks may classify the transaction as international, potentially resulting in international transaction fees. These fees are determined by the customer’s bank and can vary based on their specific policies regarding international transactions. Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and monthly basis.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will not be able to access the Service after cancelation. Access to the Subscription ends at the time of cancellation.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and a valid payment method information.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that You must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

The Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from any modifications made to the Subscription terms and policies, including but not limited to, loss of access, privileges, and any other consequences resulting from such changes.

Discounts and Promotions

1. Subscription Prices: The prices associated with our membership offerings are set at a special rate, reflecting the unique benefits and services provided to You.
2. Discount for Subscription Customers: You receive a discount on the original price of all printables, excluding any bundles. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. The discount applies only to individual printable items purchased directly through our platform and is valid for the duration of the Customer’s Subscription. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this discount policy at any time with prior notice.
3. Exclusions from Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotions currently offered by Montessori Nature do not apply to Subscription prices. This includes, but is not limited to, seasonal sales, coupon offers, promotional events, and any other discount incentives available online.
4. Subscription Benefits: Customers will continue to receive the exclusive benefits associated with their Subscription, which may include access to members-only , early access to new products, and special services.
5. Policy Changes: Montessori Nature reserves the right to modify its pricing structure and promotional offerings at any time, with or without prior notice.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Product Reviews & Feedback

Leaving a Product Review

You can submit product reviews in two ways:

At Checkout (with Incentive)

• During purchase, You may opt in to receive an email reminder to leave a review by ticking the “I agree to receive a review reminder” box.
• Upon submitting a verified review, the You will receive a store credit coupon as a thank-you.

Directly on the Product Page (No Incentive)

• You can leave a review at any time on the product page without opting in for reminders.
• Reviews submitted this way will not qualify for a store credit coupon. However, You are welcome to reach out via email and have a coupon sent out manually.

All reviews are subject to moderation to ensure they meet our guidelines. Fake, misleading, or offensive reviews will be removed.

Abandoned Cart Reminders

If You add items to their cart but do not complete the purchase, You may receive an automated email reminder to finalize the order. These reminders are sent to the email address provided during checkout and are intended to help You complete the intended purchase.

To unsubscribe from cart reminders, You can click the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.

By participating in our review program or receiving cart reminders, You agree to these terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue these features at any time.

Cancellation Policy
By cancelling your Subscription, you agree that your Subscription will be terminated immediately upon processing your request. There will be no refunds for any remaining time on your current billing cycle. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will lose access to all Subscription benefits and privileges immediately.

Terms and Conditions for Build Your Bundle Offer

By participating in the “Build Your Bundle” offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility: The “Build Your Bundle” offer is available for customers who meet the minimum cart value. The set amount must be met before any discounts are applied.

Discounts: Discounts applied to your bundle may vary and are subject to change based on promotional periods and individual product pricing. The specific discount amount will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Exclusions: The following products are not eligible for the “Build Your Bundle” discount:

Terms and Conditions for Discounts and Store Credit

By making a purchase or redeeming a promotion, You agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Monthly Discounts: The monthly discount cannot be applied to Subscription purchases. Additionally, it cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless otherwise specified.
2. Subscription Exclusion: Subscription purchases are not eligible for the monthly discount and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
3. Discount Limitations: The monthly discount may not be combined with:

• Other percentage-based or dollar-off discounts
• Buy one, get one (BOGO) offers
• Product bundle discounts

Your Responsibility: It is Your responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for any promotion or discount before applying it to Your purchase.

User Accounts

When You make first purchase on the Site, we create an account and send you an email to the email address provided that contains a link to setup Your account password.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any account which remains inactive for a period of 36 consecutive months may be deactivated and permanently deleted without prior notice.

Definition of Inactivity:
An account is considered inactive if there is no login activity, transaction, or any other form of engagement with our services for 36 months.

Account Deletion:
Once an account is identified as inactive, we reserve the right to deactivate and permanently delete it, along with all associated data, without further notification.

• Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
• Violating the privacy of any third person.
• False information and features.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content.
